Welcome to Satin & Sage Waxing LLC. My name is Kate, I’ve been in the waxing industry for over 5 years. I'm passionate about helping you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin. -POLICIES- -Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Canceling or rescheduling within the 24 hours will result in a $15 fee. The fee can be paid by Venmo/Cash App/ Apple Pay or added on to your next appointment. -A no-show for your appointment will result in you having to provide a deposit before booking. This is the only time a deposit will be required. Communication is key, I understand life is crazy sometimes! -Deposits are non refundable and cannot be transferred if you reschedule. -A 10-minute grace period is allowed regardless of how long your appointment is scheduled for. -Arrivals later than 10 minutes may require modifying the service or rescheduling, please reach out if you will be later than 10 minutes. -Please arrive with clean skin. (No heavy lotions, oils, or self-tanner on the area to be waxed.) -NEW WAXING CLIENTS Please arrive with at least ¼ inch of hair (about the length of a grain of rice or 2-3 weeks of hair growth.) -Do not book if you are currently using antibiotics, Accutane, Retin-A, Differin, Tretinoin, or other exfoliating prescriptions on the area being waxed. Please reach out with any questions on this topic. Depending on the medication/topical you may be able to get waxed after discontinuing use. -No waxing over sunburned, irritated, or broken skin. We don’t want to damage your skin further! -Please notify me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns

Cancellation Policy
